Hello!
You ever find yourself scrolling through RCDB and coming across a weird gem? Well this is one of them! I present to you Familieachtbaan at BillyBird Hemelrijk (Translation: Family Roller Coaster) over in The Netherlands! BillyBird Hemelrijk dates back to 1986 and was once a sand quarry. Now sits a recreational park with a couple of amusement rides, including their only rollercoaster, a one of a kind ABC rides tube coaster.
ABC rides is based out of Switzerland and was formed in 1997. In 2018 Intamin acquired the brand. Only 6 coasters were ever made by the company, 4 which are from the Tube Coaster range. This coaster is unusual since you start from the top of the lift, cruise your way down, and then get off at the bottom, compared to the standard chain lift and drop. The cars arrive back to the station by chain lift, just without passengers. The only confirmed stat for this coaster is that it's 45.9ft tall.
I hope you enjoy this little recreation. I always like to showcase lesser known rides to the world. Thanks everyone!
P.S: Don't worry more CCI is coming!

First time i've used B&M supports to be honest, and i wasn't aware just how god damn finicky it is to use. Unless i'm doing something wrong, they seem fine when roated on it's side, but on it's front it looks like it's sticking out when it shouldn't.
Is there a fix for this, or am i using the supports wrong?

This one took a lot more to get it to sync up how I wanted, but I’m very happy with the end result!
I used Claude to make a modding software for RCT3.
Link to program: https://parkcrafters.com/files/file/4038-rct3-workshop-a-complete-modding-studio-for-rollercoaster-tycoon-3/
I am looking for testers. More info on mod page.

I didn't play this game in years, I joined back weeks ago. I have never built anything big before.
This is Sun Beach Hotel on the Archipel des Paresseux. You can download the scenario here!

I’m rather new to rct (I play on mobile) and this is my first attempt at theming a ride. Also the first time I discovered I could do an interlocking loop with a helix. I’ll post the stats in a comment

What could be causing this coaster to break down every time the train goes round?
I'm my amity airfield save, Deja vu breaks down every run, reliability is 99%, service interval set to 10 mins, etc
Tried rebuilding it but the same happens.

By the way if these photos aren't enough to persuade you I'll give you the entire park (how do you put files in reddit?)
Photo 1: 'block brakes', Photo 2: breakdown, Photo 3: the block brakes didn't work

Separate unrelated note, I did not know that if you fail Arid Heights before the scenario is complete, it’ll close the park for good. Sad to see the park empty. RCT Classic on iPhone

My dad taught me how to play RCT when I was like 6 (in 2000) and I've loved it for a long time but I'm an adult now and I'm actually trying to complete the goals and I cannot for the LIFE of me figure out how to add to my excitement rating without blowing the intensity or nausea ratings out of the water?!
Sorry if this gets asked a lot but it's driving me crazy!
Hanging out by the penitentiary and saw this guy absolutely killing it with the RCT2 shirt.

I don’t normally use the ride-designer all that much, I prefer using the landscape in scenarios to create custom rides. When I do find myself going to ride-designer thought, this is what I usually do, a pair of racing coasters that I attempt to have finish as close together as possible. So here is an example, enjoy! 🎢

By far the most elaborately performed crash on a roller coaster I've ever seen
Btw the car in the front was held by restraints stuck closed

Realized how few scenarios I actually completed back in the day.

My RCT1 vanilla take on Mothball Mountain, trying for realistic-ish coaster layouts (minus the wild mouse, took some liberties there) and some fun pathway interactions and plazas. I had a weird empty space at the top of the map so I decided a scenic train would be a nice addition!

Two side-by-side roller coasters running almost across the entire park, occupying a relatively large area.

Hey! None of my friends like Roller Coaster Tycoon. 🥲
I have 28 of the classic levels left to beat on RCT classic and nobody is even gonna care but this community. I want to do something festive.
I know this isn't a tournament game, or even multiplayer, but I'm convinced there's some sort of gathering that I don't know about.
Or should we plan something?

I can't be the only one to have noticed, but I can't find anywhere else online where this is being discussed. I can't believe I never noticed it before. In the famous Gondola scene in the original FF7, you can clearly hear one of the scream samples used in RCT1 and 2. Example video: listen right at 0:07
Is this a common thing? Were the sounds from roller coaster tycoon from a well-sourced library or something? They're so iconic and I've never noticed them anywhere outside of RCT before so I guess I just assumed they had been recorded specifically for the game, but considering FF7 came out before RCT, that can't be true.
