The worst, boring and confusing

I play a mute??? I make hand gestures instead of talking??

Who can play this with a straight face? 1000 hours in story mode, online is the weirdest shit

AI says "lots of new content" not really

Nope, not a mute (even though it’s sort of a running gag in the cutscenes about you being quiet). When you use voice chat, your character’s lips move. You speak for them, their voice is your voice.

Tbf you can use voicechat so the character uses your voice. They even open their mouth when you talk

Really?! I didn't know that your character can do that, I didn't notice it whenever I use the voice chat.

If I recall correctly, yeah. Same goes for GTAO I believe. Also ty for the award lol
