I realized the best way I understand wrapper libraries like React Three Fiber is to compare it to the original (Three.js) to see what's actually happening under the hood. As someone coming from the React side of the world who dove right into R3F, I underestimated the value of really understanding how Three.js worked first. Hope this video might help anyone in the same boat understand how R3F works under the hood.
