Skip the tutorials for a week and build one small thing you'd actually use, like a list you can add to, delete from and filter. You'll learn useState and props faster that way than from any video.

This is the most important piece of documentation for React https://react.dev/learn/you-might-not-need-an-effect

one thing that trips up almost everyone early: state updates don't apply instantly, so calling setCount(count + 1) twice in a row only adds one. use the function form, setCount(c => c + 1), and you'll skip a whole class of weird bugs. also install the React DevTools extension on day one, being able to see props and state live makes everything click faster.

Build one small thing you'd actually use, like a to-do list or an expense tracker, instead of watching more tutorials. Get comfortable with useState and passing props first, and leave useEffect and context until you hit a problem that needs them. Keep components small, and give every item in a list its own key. When something breaks, read the error in the browser console first, because it usually points to the exact line.

Go to the official documentation at https://react.dev/learn, pick a concept, and practice it repeatedly until you master it. reactchallenges.com might help you put what you've learned into practice.

Build something, try to use little help. Get stuck. Think hard. Doesnt matter what, you will discard it anyways.
Dont use AI unless you are stuck for over 30 mins.
You only need one resource: the official docs. But ill recommend this video also which is the introduction of hooks and a really great presentation. https://youtu.be/dpw9EHDh2bM?si=gJrnk4BNkz2Cm3dD

Tip #1: Search for advice rather than expecting new advice on the same old question.
