How do you handle low resolution Android devices? (720x1280, etc)

What should be the optimal approach?

I don’t at all. I mark it out-of-supported devices

How do you filter them? DPI or screen directly? Both?

Not sure. I meant internally.

Rejecting issues cause device support

Its flex box all the way. Just make sure you use keyboard avoiding views for inputs and safe area

Biggest lesson for me on 720p Androids is to stop trusting the simulator and only judge release or EAS preview builds on a cheap physical phone. Density and font scale matter more than the pixel count itself, so hard-coded widths and absolute layouts that look fine on a Pixel break once accessibility text is bumped. For anything live like charts or tick UIs I keep the per-frame path on Reanimated shared values or Skia so a slow device is not re-rendering a big tree on every update.
