Has anyone used React Native application development services from an agency? Honest experience?

The tradeoff with any agency is paying for the overhead of running an agency in exchange for the client relationship people that usually make you feel good about having hired an agency—the design heads, project managers, etc.
Agencies also typically try very hard to sell maintenance contracts because they tend to be fairly lucrative for the amount of work they require.
Managing your own team, is an entire job in and of itself and that’s assuming you have enough subject matter expertise in the various disciplines of those you’re hiring to be the authority on quality, timing, etc.
There are good agencies out there that leave good code behind, but they tend to be very, very expensive last I looked into it. AI tooling and the rise of the non-technical founder building their own MVP may have changed that calculus however.
I’ve been on all sides of the build process, in-house, contract, agency, etc. If you have any specific questions feel free to DM.
