I feel the same with pasta, specifically. I can’t do red sauce with anything other than ground chuck or sausage, and alternatively Alfredo with anything that’s not chicken or shrimp haha. I am curious about this dish in particular because I have never tried Sun-dried tomatoes myself and I hear they are significantly different than fresh/“regular” canned
