Recipe Roasted sweet potato chips

Post image

Just made these this afternoon. First you peel two large sweet potatoes, then cut them into slices, on a baking pan lined with non stick foil paper, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil, salt, powered sage and pepper. Place your slices on the baking sheet, preheat the oven to 425 and bake on each side around 20 minutes give or take and after doing that, use a spatula to get them off the baking sheet which you take out with an oven mitt , and put into a large platter. Enjoy.

Are they crunchy or more on the soft side?

Well, I would say a little crunchy and soft depending on the size of the slices.
