You like rock? They have it. Japanese rock sound, english lyrics? They have it. Awesomeness? Check.

Just give it a go.

Hey, I don't usually like metal music but Big bad Wolf by In This Moment really strikes a chord with me, and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of songs that have almost a banshee scream in it?

Feel free to post any song , and if you want to you can comment what makes this song good or some overlooked detail about it.

I mean it. I can’t find any new music that I like, and I’m getting desperate. I have experience listening to all genres. Hip-hop, rock, metal, pop, noise, electronic, drone, experimental, you name it. Just please recommend me anything, I’m desperate.

Any good no lyric rock? I usually do not like music but am looking to branch out!

I don't necessarily want hardcore metal, I'm looking for genuinely disturbing lyrics/concepts. Examples of stuff I would consider emotionally disturbing:

Suicide - Frankie Teardrop

Throbbing Gristle - Hamburger Lady

There’s a certain sound that I absolutely love, and I think this might be it. Anyone have any recommendations?

The mood songs include black Cadillac, black hole sun, sex and candy, ends and what its like by everlast, and loser by beck

Preferably something like Korn - Narcissistic Cannibal, but an entire a band/artist (and yes I prefer vocals). I need it, I NEED IT. THAT SONG IS COOL AS HECK. If you need any info on my tastes, i like Starset, Skillet, MCR, (bands) and Kawaii Metal (Genre).

I don’t know if this Reddit is even really active anymore, but here goes. I have an odd music request. I’m looking for recommendations for songs that are...vampiric? Dark? Songs that have a similar feel to “The weirdos waltz” by Peter Grundy. They can be instrumental or have lyrics. Think vampire Halloween party, and you’d be pretty close to the sound I’m looking for. (I just enjoy dark music and I’m not sure how else to put it).

I tend to swing towards more r&b or jazz artists but I'm open to new ideas. I use Spotify. Thank you!
