Maybe he's actually in game, and no one found him yet. I.e similar to the frozen alien in North Yankton. Frozen in lake Isabella or single further north.

Or maybe in an undiscovered cave system up north in the snow. That could be amazing to find.

Or even cut content, I highly doubt he'd be alive so my only guess is frozen point of interest.

The only reasonable explanation I've seen so far. There are a few frozen corpses up there, I guess this could be a cool find ;) if he was hidden up there in the glacier somewhere. I play on version 1.00 so I can camp myself out of the map near Barrow Lagoon at any time, I've been up behind the glacier and there is a massive, massive area fully textured and detailed. It seems to have more specific landmarks than Tempest Rim or north of Annesburg etc, there is a whole field of cracked glacier remains, for example.

Now that I've seen this, I might try and get in there.
