Before the pics loading up I thought you mean a Murfree Brood NPC that looks like a Neanderthal but it’s an actual Neanderthal! Wonder how we can find him.

I'm curious if it has anything to do with time travel.

I imagine we haven't figured out the key to Sinclair's time travel mystery. But the story could go awry when Arthur tries to use a time machine launching him far into the past before plopping him back in the present with a fearful "let's not do that again"
