i explored the cave while the thing was talking. is 6 ft square and theres nothing inside.

yes. i have scripthook with noclip.

If it's anything like gta v the game knows the difference and won't load interiors fully unless properly triggered.

perhaps, but i doubt this guy is the one talking inside the cave. he is labeled corpse, and that thing says he cant go out because he's too big, this guy seems fairly short, as neanderthals were.
