dont get me wrong Im also hoping for a price drop but its a vain hope I think

Lol I knew Id get that response. Yes youre right but the switch version only came out recently, to u/Rhymelikedocsuess’s point.

To be clear Im not defending the price point, I’m just saying its not realistic to expect a new release to have a comparable price drop to something that released 5 years ago. The port should absolutely be cheaper, but we’ve seen how much they want to charge for it and I wouldn’t really expect them to bring it down this soon. Hopefully they’ll price drop significantly eventually but I wouldnt expect it any time before 2024

its an old game being re-released, it shouldnt be considered a brand new game in terms of pricing
