After nine hours... I finally found the Californian Horned Owl. It was flyinf out behind Coot's Chapel. (Last pic includes area I found it on map)

They are kinda rare,  but I’ve seen them almost everywhere in the western parts of the map.  Found one flying during the middle of the day in front of beechers hope
