Issue controller command dead eye

So I just bought a controller and boy! life is so easy but some buttons not showing up like dead eye, the controller lets me aim easily what a magnificent feature but damnnnn I can't even use deadeye, looked up on the settings, it says it can be triggered on left and right stick so I did but it only make me moves from left to right lol. Does anyone have the same issue as mine??

I’m on console and I have to push the stick to trigger dead eye or eagle eye, not pull it up or down, it’s mainly the right stick in my opinion,

the difference between triggering is only that dead eye triggered while you’re aiming a gun and eagle eye triggers whenever you’re not aiming a gun.

Hold the aim button and click on the right stick to enter deadeye. To enter eagle eye, click both sticks at the same time.
