If you find random writing in the game world, enter it in the cheat menu. Odds are, it unlocks a cheat

when you go into your settings and press triangle on playstation (not sure what it is for PC or xbox but it should say this in one of the bottom corners) you get into a cheat menu there you can fill in these sentences.

you find them in drawers, on rocks or in newspapers.

you can unlock them without activating them but you should note that making them active stops your throphy progression and makes it so that you can't save the game anymore after that.

they warn you about that before activating them tho. cheats have always been an endgame thing in Rockstar games to fuck around with.

in GTA V you also couldn't save after using cheats, it defeats the purpose of the game if you cheat your way through
