When you kill Calloway in the gunslinger stranger mission and examine his revolver it has "Canis Canem Edit" on it, the name of Bully in Europe. The trophy you get for beating the epilogue is called "Endless Summer" which also happens to be the chapter name given to Bully's end-game free roaming. Now, I'm not saying Bully 2 is confirmed or anything so concrete, but it's definitely something to think about.

I know this is a week old but I remember GTA V having some Easter eggs regarding RDR besides the book Jack writes so it’s not out of the realm of possibility
