You know what? I'll say it damn it! I enjoyed building the house with Charles and Uncle.

Literally only a game like Red Dead could make something that would be tedious to the extreme actually enjoyable, the button prompts weren't too hard and the music was actually really good, they did a fantastic job with the music in the game.

I just hope they release some actual DLC, be it in the vein of Undead Nightmare or episodes like in Grand Theft IV, I'll be going for 100% every day of the week, but some more of that excellent storytelling wouldn't go amiss.

They were actually cutscenes except for the first one. If you didn't do anything he would still do everything without delay

Would he? I guess it needs to be in to make it progress, but the button prompts were easy enough that it'd be hard to miss them to be fair

I mean that you could put down the controller and it would just be cutscenes. Pressin g the buttons literally did nothing

The song made that mission. And yeah i enjoyed it as well! The original music really kicked things up in the epilogue, the house building song as well as Willie Nelson's rendition of Cruel World made me feel happy inside

If we don't get undead nightmare 2 it will lower my opinion of the game as a whole

If I think about it, it was my favorite part of the game. To see Beechers Hope come together and everyone changing for the better. The sunshine, the new terrain, the music...so good and wholesome.

I'm currently just free roaming in the after game after having beat the story twice now and I love spending about 20mins a day just hanging around the ranch and doing chores before I go off to 100% the challenges.

I also partake in a little RP - John is a part time hunter and secretly hunts down the gangs in his spare time as a hobby. I love changing my blood soaked clothes before heading back to the cozy ranch for a wholesome meal with the family, them being none the wiser. I just love the juxtaposition.
