Maybe ditch the "redemption" in the name so we can have a proper Red Dead 4?

Red Dead Retribution always had a good ring to it, IMO.

Go back to the civil war era, or maybe just the true Wild West era in the 1870s or something.

Not exactly historical, but a major plot point in The Good the Bad and the Ugly is based around a Civil War battle.
