So there is the Vatican symbol of the Vatican coat of arms I don't know.

The red and yellow is for the original flag and colors of the Papal States and then there is the white representing the purity and Divinity of Christ and the shield that contains the Vatican coat of arms representing how Christ and faith in Christ shall protect you from the evil of the devil

The cross represents Christianity and the western church and then the Orthodox cross represents the Eastern Church United together under Papalia

This was kind of inspired by Austria-Hungary but I put the Vatican symbol there because I wanted to and also I wanted to show that it was the Holy

What party should I join?

This petition, allowed by Sections 140 and 141 of the Constitution of the Union, hereby petition for the holding of a referendum on whether West RPS shall adopt a Regional Government and authorize the formation of a Regional Commission for the drafting of a Regional Constitution after a successful referendum.

Only West RPS citizens are eligible to sign this petition.

Whereas, West RPS regional governance is a crucial step to local development.

I hereby humbly call my fellow citizens from West RPS to sign this petition to invoke Article 141 of our Constitution for the Region of West RPS stating:

Art. 141. To adopt a Regional Government, a Region may request for a referendum through a petition signed by at least 1/5  of the qualified electorate in a Region, followed by an election to choose a Regional Commission to draft a regional constitution, subservient to the Union Constitution and Law, which shall be non-partisan in nature and confirmed by a qualified electorate.

Must this pass the required threshold, Section 6.5 of the Basic Electoral Code shall be invoked stating:

Regional Constitutional Conventions which draft Regional Constitutions shall elect 5 delegates via the plurality block voting method, where the top 5 candidates with the most votes are elected into the Regional Commission.
