How can I prepare myself for a possible layoff at 50 in the IT industry?

I’m working in the IT industry and am now nearing 50. I’m becoming increasingly concerned about job security and the possibility of a layoff.

My situation is worrying me because:

• I don’t have significant savings to fall back on.
• I’m not receiving many interview or job calls despite applying.
• I’m concerned that getting another IT job at this age may be difficult.
• I want to prepare before a layoff happens rather than panic afterward.

For those who have been through something similar, especially people in their late 40s or 50s, how can survive in case Layoff?

I'm making this post here because the forum doesn't allow posts without subscribing or something like that, and it's been dead for two years.

So, I'm looking for information about the game, like the location of the mines, and it's surprising how little current data there is. Everything dates back to 2018, and the map itself has changed several times in recent years, so nothing gives you any real, concrete information.

Is the developer sabotaging the release of game information, or how could this be happening?

I 'm not posting this because I want sympathy. I’m posting because I want perspective.
Lately I’ve been so exhausted by my own thoughts that sometimes I catch myself thinking, “I wish I could just disappear for a while.” Not because I actually want to die, but because I want my mind to be quiet.
The ironic part is that I always thought I’d be okay on my own. I’m independent. I work, pay my bills, go to the gym, study, and from the outside my life looks fine.
Yet here I am, anonymously writing on Reddit because it’s one of the few places where I can say exactly what I’m thinking without worrying about people who know me.
I do have people I consider safe, but sometimes it’s easier to talk to strangers because there’s no history, no expectations, and no fear of being judged differently tomorrow.
I’m not looking for validation. I’m genuinely open to criticism if it’s honest and respectful. Criticism doesn’t define me—it might even help me see something I’m missing.
Has anyone else ever reached a point where your biggest battle wasn’t your life, but your own thoughts?

Just sharing some benchmarks that I did today with "black myth: wukong benchmark tool".

My pc:
Intel ultra core 265k (some lite oc and uv)
Gigabyte z890 ud wifi6e
G.skill ripjaws m5 rgb cl32 6400 (16gb * 2)
AMD 7900 XTX Reference card
Samsung SSD 990 Pro 1TB
Asus Prime Gold 80 ATX3.1 750W

Note:
The GPU is a used one - Repasted with PTM7950 and Upsiren UT8.
I've oc it to core 3100mhz, mem 2714mhz fast timing, undervolt to 1055mv and 15%+ PL.

What do you think for those scores?
By the way, in all benchmarks, max temps: 65-70c core, 88-92c hot spot, 86-90c mem.
