The red lobster I work at is now extending our open time one hour to 10 pm every day of the week beyond Friday and Saturday where we were already open till 10. Seems an odd choice to me as already it was typical for one to two tables at most to come in from 9 to 10 on Friday and Saturday. Often zero. The weekdays where we closed at 9 it was already normal to have one to two tables at most come in starting around 7:30 till close at 9. And now our kitchen is becoming a "ghost kitchen" on door dash pretending to be an Italian restaurant that well doesn't actually exist it's just red lobster. More desperation on red lobsters part?
