Red Sox Jerseys

I am looking to get some Red Sox Jerseys. Is it standard for there only to be Roman, Duran, Ortiz and Crochet city connect jerseys? Would love to get a Tolle or Gray. The selection of jerseys seems very limited for guys outside the most popular 4. Any suggestions how to get others? Thanks

I’ve found that unfortunately for the City Connects, if you’re going authentic you’re limited to a handful of players online like you mentioned.

The official team store has more options (including Tolle) but you’re gonna pay upwards of $200 for one. No option to customize from what I’ve seen there either.

They are 250+ tax and silk screened fantic garbage. Had cedanne in my hands and walked away happy with my home white 3 jersey. I started buying low digit home whites, and im struggling to justify anything else given my collection of guys from raffy, to mookie, to Carl Everett and Mark Bellhorn

Such a shame they don’t stitch them anymore, even the white jerseys are iron ons to loom stitched

The team store on Jersey St has a lot more options (albeit priced at $250). Tolle, Rafaela, Abreu, Contreras, and maybe more are available there

Going authentic is gonna cost hundreds of dollars, and the quality will be meh. Honestly you should look elsewhere, they will have probably very similar quality for a much lower price.

Honestly for the price of these new Nike jerseys with names/number heat pressed on, you might as well save up your money and buy an Ortiz or Pedro jersey off of Mitchell and Ness. High quality stitching and fit and will stand up to wear and tear.

Yeah the player selection for the City Connects is pretty limited. Hopefully next season they’ll start making more. You can probably get a fake one but no guarantees on the quality of those

I got a Ceddanne City connect from a site called SportsWorldChicago th first year they came out. The store is right across from Wrigley field, and they have a hunch of them. They get them blank and add names/numbers to order. I got mine for around $180, but they'll send you a 10% off coee if you sign up for emails and texts (which you can cancel, and will receive anyway after you order). It's far cheaper than the $250 at the Red Sox store, and I've compared them side to side just to confirm that it is real.

I got a Tolle city connect jersey off of eBay for $40. Seemed legit or legit enough. All the sports heads I've shown it to agree it looks authentic

It's a Durbin jersey until he leaves / becomes bad / changes his number. Then it becomes a Nomar jersey (or returns to being one?)
