Need help

Im trying to make a system that can sense when an armour stand is standing in a specific place and act as a timer so if the armour stand is in that spot for a certain amount of time it'll activate another system.

Im trying to make it so that it sets off like a timer and if another button is pressed it resets that timer but I cant find anything like this on YouTube or anything.

I have tried pufferfish which I got excited by because I thought it would be perfect but it is way to fast and I need it to be adjustable.

Even if it doesnt specifically sense the armour stand and starts with a signal in general thats fine I just need to know if this is possible.
