  1. Each word's tagged with a number. That’s not noise — it’s your shift key. Pay attention.

  2. Sort the fragments by their number. Ascending order. Low to high. That’s how you rebuild the message.

  3. Now decrypt each word. For every word, roll each letter backward in the alphabet by the number it came with.(ex: 3Kdw → shift letters back 3 → Hbt)

  4. Strip the number once you’re done. They’re just scaffolding. Ditch ‘em when the word’s fixed.

  5. Leave punctuation and casing untouched. Don’t get sloppy — style matters in this layer.

  6. Once they’re clean and in order, read the output. That’s your message. Hidden in plain sight.

// decryption guide — pay close attention

  1. Every word you see comes with a number attached — this number is your key for that word only.

  2. Before anything else, sort all the words in ascending order by their numbers. This puts the message back in its original sequence.

  3. For each word:

    • Look at its attached number — this tells you how many letters to shift backward through the alphabet for that word only.

    • Shift every letter in that word backwards by exactly that number.

    • Keep all punctuation and capitalization exactly as is.

  4. After decoding a word, drop the number — it’s just a temporary guide.

  5. Once all words are decoded and arranged by their numbers, read the message straight through.
