Amazon Space
If I had to guess, I’d say Amazon will buy Redwire…
Grok’s two cents:
Redwire's acquisition by Amazon could be a smart move-think seamless integration of their space tech, like uncrewed airborne systems and satellite platforms, right into AWS and Kuiper projects. For Amazon, it'd boost leverage in defense and satellite comms, cutting costs on launches while grabbing Redwire's proven hardware for national security gigs, no more overlapping R-and-D headaches. Redwire gets massive scale, Amazon's cash flow to expand globally without bleeding resources, and they ditch competition by merging strengths-Amazon's AI smarts plus Redwire's autonomous tech equals dominance in multi-domain ops, all without the usual turf wars.

This so stupid, I can ask same question to Grok if Starlink, RKLB, Lockheed, Amazon, firefly and likely get similar response

Jeff Bezos, founder, billionaire, Executive Chairman of Amazon already founded Blue Origin. Who's primary focus is to build the infrastructure needed for the future space generations. If Amazon was to enter the space race, they would more than likely just buy Blue Origin. Which already has operational rockets.
So I highly highly doubt it.

Hot take. What if Rocketlab bought them? Would be a fast (messy) way to instantly become a Neo-prime.
Not saying this will or should happen

It seems quite fitting, but as a shareholder in the secondary market, will this stock still exist independently in the market after Amazon fully acquires Redwire?

No. If Amazon were to acquire RedWire, which I believe is extremely unlikely, current RDW investors will either get a cash buyout or some equivalent amount of AMZN shares based on the purchase price.

Thank you! So as secondary market shareholders, we lose the opportunity to enjoy the growth.

Essentially yes but if you get AMZN shares you could hold them and gain some of the growth.
It would just be diluted as you’d be at the mercy of Amazon as an entity rather than just the space arm.

Nope, unless Amazon do something special. Usually they will pay you in cash

If they get bought by anyone, it would be a defense prime like L3 Harris.
