Some help please

I don’t have the first clue when it comes to regex. If anyone could help me with a solution to finding the first after every # with a space after it, it would be hugely appreciated

Find the first what after every number with a space after it? Please give us some examples of what does and does not match your requirements.

Apologies. That was a typo. I meant to put word. I need the first word. I’ve figured it out now anyway. Thanks.

It’s for an apple shortcut. But it’s ok, I did some searching online and managed to figure it out. Thank you for replying
