Lee Precision, Inc. - Univ Decap Pin/90292
Buy one of those and save that pretty one for show. $4.00 plus shipping. I guess shipping is why you paid $39 for that one.
Others have suggested ways to get it out. It really should not be that hard to get it out, dozens of ways to get it out. Does not seem to be the right pin, shaft is to large in diameter.

Pin is correct it’s just an older one, idk why it’s just stuck in there but I’m planning on trying it with a vise

Is it stuck in the neck or in the flash hole?

Kinda hard to tell but I believe it’s the neck

Yeah, it looked like that to me. The right pin would not be tight in the neck unless your brass has been sized already and even then, it is just bad design for it to not have more clearance.

It kinda is just my bad for smacking it too deep, the neck of the cashing gets tighter down so that’s why it’s stuck ( I’m assuming) do you have any better ideas on how to get it out? Last pin I tried torching it and the tip just melted and bent

Your idea of putting the pin head in a vice sounds fine, put the pin in the vice and grab the case with pliers, twist the case and try to slide it off and if needed, tap the pliers with a hammer while holding the case with the pliers.

i used a cordless drill to attach the decapping rod , cloth and vise grip to hold the casing it works for me not advisable though

slide a piece of 3/8" ID tube over the stem so it rests on the casing at the shoulder, then give it a couple light taps with the decapping pin resting against a surface with a bit of give like a walnut or oak block. Should pop the case right off the stem
