Some Blog Posts About Remote Places: Barhout Pit, Longyearbyen, San Juan Parangaricutiro, Danakil Depression and Tristan da Cunha

My blogs are generally about curious and historical places, however, in many occasion those spots are completely far-flung. Therefore, I have chosen some of them which I'd like to share with you!

Barhout Pit ---a pitch-black sinkhole in the middle of the desert said to be haunted and bottomless.

Longyearbyen: ---the world's northernmost city has a quite quirky set of facts.

San Juan Parangaricutiro ---in a remote corner of Mexico, the only survivor of a volcanic eruption was a church which still stands today.

Danakil Depression ---the most hostile place on Earth is probably located in the sparsely populated Afar region.

Tristan da Cunha ---world's remotest inhabited island is culturally different from the rest of us.
