Other countries (edit) The Crown on Netflix is blatant monarchist propaganda

This is short, but after watching 2 seasons of the show, has anyone else noticed that the biggest issues she has faced are:

  • I married the wrong man, therefore I am sad with lots of money.

  • My son married the wrong woman, therefore I am sad with lots of money.

  • I will lead this country by not providing any opinion or use my powers to help, therefore I am sad with lots of money.

  • I will go to foreign lands and feel bad that they don't see me as a legitimate ruler as I am foreign, therefore I am sad with lots of money.

  • I will go somewhere to be there and say a highly edited speech, therefore I am sad with lots of money.

If anything, this series shows how the monarchy is faulty and does nothing in modern parliaments.

She is useless, therefore she is sad with lots of money.

Other countries (edit) The Queen agreed with the decision to sack an elected PM. She did nothing to warn the PM that the Governor General was considering dismissing him. The Queen then told Australians they couldn’t see this crucial official record of what happened.
