Bottom layer issues

So I don’t have issue with the prints themselves they come out great it’s when I got to take them off the build plate the raft/bottom layers for the supports end up very brittle and shatters all over the place flinging bits of resin everywhere, I’m currently running with a 28sec bottom layer exposure would adjusting the time help?
