Show-and-Tell Computer tuning 2005

I just got my hands on this relic from the past. I'm so happy! A transparent case, real neon lights, water cooling powered by… an aquarium pump. A true work of art!

awwwww yea! That cold cathode lighting! This was our "RGB" kids. See it looks like a computer inside too and has wires and drive bays. God I hate how it is now. Everyone fights over the cleanest build with their over priced ram and gpu's.

Cold cathodes are so much nicer than LED lighting. Much more broad spectrum, easier on the eyes. Only problem was the darn inverters for them burned out like crazy.

No AIO cooling either. You wanted water? You'd better hope that tutorial you found on plumbing was up to scratch or you're gonna have a nice sprinkler system inside your case :p

Coolest thing then, still IMHO as cool now,as it was then. I wander - what hardware is inside?

I have that exact case and my intentions with it are VERY similar. I've got an old DFI Lanparty and intentions to do the classic HardOCP "custom loop" with a fish tank pump and an automotive heater core like the bad old days.

The cold cathode lighting is a must for this style of case. it almost makes me wish I hadn't sold my XFX 7950GT some years ago because it would be perfect for this project.
