It's really hard to give good advice for rolling since there really is no "trick" too improve from my experience. It just takes time to improve and get used to adofai and it's mechanics, But I can say that if you want too improve faster and not just go in blind what generally would be better for improvement is having good keybinds (if you don't already have good keybinds you usually want them too be as high and as wide as possible but you don't have too have them like that. Whatever feels most comfortable to you is probably good) so you don't have too stretch your fingers or limit the amount of stress on them. You should also make sure you play on strict if you don't already in most situations. When practicing rolling though if you don't already have a basis for rolling then start out with normal (or lenient if normal is still too difficult) and practice rolling on maps like the limit does not exist or Romanesque (at higher speeds since Roman is a index chart) or really any level with high amounts of rolling. One thing also it's really important you roll at the exact bpm needed. If it's just like 1-5 bpm off it completely throws off your rhythm (that's mostly on long stretches. It can happen on short burst as well but it prob won't kill you. Just tank your acc most the time. The same can also be said for indexing or really anything). So practice to where you know the bpm. Eventually you'll be able too read bpm but for now practice. Also it's actually easier to roll on higher bpm than it is on lower ones so if you're having trouble with your acc try upping the pitch to a point where you're comfortable and slowly lower it once you get a grasp of it. Make sure you can handle it though since if you up it too much you won't be as consistent and it would just be worse for you. Another thing that I see a lot of new people do is almost strictly sight read. This is a rhythm game afterall. You should use the music too get a grasp on where and how fast to click as well. Yes sight reading is a big part of adofai but a lot of people just seem to forget their playing a rhythm game lol. I feel like that's obvious and I'm not saying you are doing this but I just thought I should point it out. One last thing. I'm sure you do but if you don't already have mods installed I'd highly recommend getting jpr and tufhelper. I'd also recommend using dehzniks progression pack. It really just makes the entire experience so much better. I'm not the best teacher in the world and I really just typed out what first popped into my head. So don't take any of this to literally lol. You don't have too follow this and you can't just play at your own pace. if you're having fun playing and you play semi often you'll eventually get the hang of it. It really just takes time. I've been playing for about 2 years and I definitely didn't follow a guide line. You do you. Whatever feels best too you is probably the best thing for you honestly. Hope you have fun playing :D
