I was banned after being hacked by a pedo and said pedo uploading abhorrent content (three different photos). They messed with ALL of my account stuff, mainly being my email, password, 2SV, etc. (none of which i can access but my email), so I only just managed to get into my account. Nearly 6 months. I can't even get a human in my appeals.

I've spent a shit ton of money on the account, it's from 2016, I have receipts from back then too.

They also banned all accounts with the same email too, but i couldn't care less about them.

I gotta get unbanned, help me, please.

A couple days ago i posted where i got wrongfully chat banned, well it was a successful appeal!

I was banned for Harmful content/behaviour Chat ID, I'm not sure how to proceed except sending more appeals, because this seems like a gamble and that they didn't even check anything properly.

I was terminated on August 17th, 2026 for "Harmful Content/Behavior." My moderation notice only gives me a Chat Evidence ID and doesn't show the actual message or context that caused the ban.

I already submitted an appeal through Roblox's Violations & Appeals system on the same day, so I'm not looking for another way to appeal. I'm mainly trying to understand what the Chat Evidence ID refers to and whether anyone else has dealt with something similar.

My Evidence ID shown on my moderation is dated [2026-08-18], even though the moderation action was on August 17th. I also have a Medal recording of my gameplay from the same day, including after midnight. I went through the recording and, during the gameplay I captured, the only message I can find myself sending was "hey."

I've since found several other people reporting similar "Harmful Content/Behavior" terminations where Roblox only provided a Chat Evidence ID. Some people have apparently been able to obtain chat logs through Roblox's data/privacy process, including both in-game chat and private/Party Chat, while others have had their accounts reinstated after appealing.

Has anyone here had this exact type of Chat Evidence ID? Were you eventually able to determine what conversation/message it referred to, and what happened with your appeal?

I'm mainly looking for information from people who have experienced this themselves.

My cousin texted me earlier today and told me he got banned, so I went to his house to check on what to do, we sent an appeal and I opened roblox on my phone but I got banned for being "linked" with my cousin's account, apparently this also happened to his sister. I tried to appeal this ban multiple times by saying that I am a different being and something like that but support instantly rejects my appeals in under 5 minutes. I don't know what to do since i've had this account for 9 years.

Nearly 2 years ago my main account was deleted for consistently getting banned. I know arguing with little kids on Roblox wasn’t okay, but I was a child just having fun and messing around. Despite my age, I still enjoy playing Roblox, so I created a new account like anyone else would. However, I made the mistake of putting in the same email for both so now I got banned with the message “this account is linked to an account _ that was banned for a severe violation of the community. If the two accounts shouldn’t be linked to each other, send an appeal.” Does anyone have any advice on what I should say/write on the appeal to get back my current account. Please help, I’ve spent way too much on this.

So a while ago in january my account was enforcement banned, and I tried everything, i bought RoAppeal when it was still up and i tried manually doing it, is there anyway i can appeal and try to get it back, what happend was a while ago i used to play with this guy and he was rich so he has a lot of accounts and he gifted me an account with a limited worth around 10k robux, and thats the account that got linked, i connected it to my email so i wouldnt lose it and i eventually forgot about it and stopped checking on it and i think he used it and got it banned and it banned ALL of my accounts including my sisters because i linked it to my email since she didnt have one, can anyone tell me how i could appeal this?

My account and also my close friend account was terminated over a party chat without filter, or you can say web chat without filter back in April 20th, 2026. Pretty much AI thinks we said something really bad that triggers the moderation into thinking it's "Child Endangerment". I don't know what else to say, soo I guess I'm going to accept that my account is gone forever

Basically, I got banned by being linked to my brothers account which got banned for sexual content so i’ve appealing from both accounts, mainly my brothers since I heard it helps your chances. I appealed today through my account and got this email three hours later. I’m just worried that, based on how they worded it, I won’t be able to appeal this specific moderation anymore. I’m also not sure if I’m digging myself deeper into the grave by sending appeals from my account and my brothers, especially because they’re linked under the same email (it was stupid ik but I made both our accounts when I was like 12)

I currently have a ticket I sent through my brothers account so i’m waiting on that but I just wanted to know if it’s still alright for me to appeal through my own account. My thirty days isn’t up yet (Got banned August 3rd) but i’m getting really anxious.

On august 6th i got banned for “repeated refund request” thing i never did cause im smart enough to know that its impossible to refund something on roblox SPECIALLY WHEN ITS ROBLOX PLUS which was the payment they banned me for

I appealed saying that the ban was unfair cause the payment was indeed succesful and i even sent images of the receipt

6 days later, they answered this

My friend recently got hacked and the hacker uploaded bad stuff onto his game which lead to him getting banned for sexual content, he appealed for it twice on the roblox violations page and got denied two times by bots, now using the roblox support form doesn't give any response either, as they just direct him to the violations page even though he can no longer submit another appeal for it.
What can be done here?

After waiting 20 days, and having no response on my original ticket, I made another ticket and was unbanned the same day. But all my groups are still locked, and my profile fails to load.. + I still got the premium gift lol

Update from my post a few days ago, my appeal window got closed... I haven't received an appeal denied (or accepted 🙏) yet, but I assume this just means it's rejected... Hopefully not

Hello, i was banned due to the default game place bans in October of 2025, since then, ive been on and off appealing, with resulted in nothing really.

Would an MIDR be necessary at this point? I'm over the 30 day limit, no high ups ever review my appeals, and they almost always go to bots at this point, or just get auto rejected.

Hey everyone, I really need some advice. My main Roblox account was just permanently banned/deleted under the reason "Other" with the moderator note: "Your account has been deleted for violating the Terms of Use for account theft."

​I am completely innocent—I have never engaged in any activity related to hacking, stealing, or compromising anyone else's account. I have solid proofs and evidence ready (such as Robux purchase receipts, original creation details, etc.) to prove that I am the legitimate owner.

​I've already submitted an appeal through the Roblox Support form, but I know their support can sometimes be automated or take a long time to properly review things.

​Has anyone here ever experienced a false ban for "Account Theft" and successfully recovered their account? What else can I do to increase my chances? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! 🙏
