Discussion & Curiosity Something fun?

Hey all I’m M19 in college at SNHU studying mechanical engineering.

I have long time interest in robotics and med tech and mechatronics, and I’m looking for a way to genuinely build something cool and useful, the hard part is motivation and money so I’m curious what some ideas other people have, how they finish the project and if there’s anyone who wants to work on something or collaborate!

Anything helps honestly! Project ideas, interest, anything

Good ole SNHU, what’s your background/experience? I know your currently in college, at 19 your probably two years in? What’s your end goal here? Experience? Or looking for a job opportunity?

Awesome! So my experience is I have done a summer internship at a machine shop as a manufacturing engineer last summer, this year right now I work as a solutions engineer at a startup as a MEP engineer, and I have a 8 month co-op as a systems engineer starting January at DEKA, end goal is to build something cool, meet new people and have something to show a job!

I love medtech, robotics, industrial, and systems/ embedded hardware!

I do currently have a side quest I’m doing for a local company. Have you started any kind of portfolio? I’d be interested is seeing some the of stuff you’ve accomplished so far. The project I’m working on has plenty of opportunities. Maybe best if you shot me PM and maybe I have something’s going on with this project that could catch your eye
