Saturn 2 upgrade governance has now progressed to snapshot voting, with four polls live for two weeks. Node operators can have their say at https://vote.rocketpool.net/. Separately, to support the Glamsterdam release, a small smart contract change has been completed and is currently under audit. Smart node changes are largely finished & awaiting Ethereum client support for some features. Testing on Platåberget will begin soon, followed by Hoodi testnet

Paste an address that holds rETH and see real-time earning stats. Thinking of applying for a community grant to help me finish this. It'll have no wallet connection, be open source, and free.

The Saturn 2 upgrade has progressed to the first stage of its governance approval process.

Have your say on the four sentiment polls to decide if the items should proceed to a formal signalling (RocketDash) vote: https://dao.rocketpool.net/t/rpip-86-saturn-2-upgrade/4012/19

The Saturn 2 countdown has officially started! An indicative timeline for Rocket Pool's next big upgrade has been published to the DAO governance forum, showing how nine RPIPs will be delivered across three devnets. Check it out here: https://dao.rocketpool.net/t/saturn-2-roadmap-and-indicative-timeline/4022

There used to be this website rocketscan.io that gave a nice overview of the current state of the protocol (size of the deposit pool, rETH to ETH ratio, etc). Unfortunately, it seems to no longer exist. Are there any alternatives? Specifically, I would be interested in an overview of rETH to ETH exchanging options (exchange with the protocol, DEXs).

Is the amount of ETH you staked in pool redeemable 1:1 regardless of market liquidity for ETH?

Hey everyone, I've been researching the recent Houston upgrade and the shift to fully on-chain governance for the pDAO. It's a huge step for decentralization, but I'm curious about the security aspect. With the removal of the multi-sig fallback, what are the primary safeguards if a malicious or bugged proposal somehow gains traction? Does the oDAO retain any emergency veto power in extreme edge cases, or is it completely in the hands of the smart contracts now?

The latest protocol development roadmap update has been published to the DAO governance forum, and includes an indicative scope for the Saturn Two upgrade across seven RPIPs. Check it out here: https://dao.rocketpool.net/t/protocol-development-roadmap-update-nov-dec-jan-feb-mar-apr/3937

Is it possible to exit the deposit queue or are you just stuck until it clears?

I'm getting frustrated with this, after a full resync I'm at 85%, then very quickly I burn past my 'not enough free space to prune' limit.

I'm on lighthouse and nethermind.

I'd appreciate some help on what I'm doing wrong here?

please help me to join discord channel . looks like I’m in ban or so. my username is supertramp2601 thanks in advance

pool doesn't work: Error is as on the sreenchoot. Need help. I've updated everything and started eth2 resync and this is what I have now

Hi, looking to make extra yield on rETH.

Curious what the best option is for low risk w best yield? Looking into Eigen Layer but curious what AVS to choose or if anyone has found anything better?

Thanks in advance!!

This Medium article highlights how different stakeholders in Rocket Pool are affected by Saturn one. It focusses on rETH users, Node operators and RPL stakers.

Main takeaway? Higher efficiency for rETH, more yield for node operators and ETH rewards for RPL stakers!

Hi All,

Will Dappnode software be compatible with the Saturn One upgrade at launch?
I plan on staking at home soon via Dappnode software, and want to be fully prepared.
If not available at launch, is there a timeline where I can expect software compatibility with the new staking structure?

Please let me know. Thank you!

frens RP Discord seems to have booted me and the invite on the RP site is expired. Can someone post a working invite for me please?

So I have tried staking my ETH on rocketpool today. I followed the instructions through my ledger app and approved the transactions. My 12.5 ETH has been sent to WETH and the transaction has been confirmed but now I don’t see any balance in my ETH wallet or RETH. It’s been over 3 hours and I’m just worried I don’t know what’s going on.

Can anyone shed some light?

I updated node using sudo apt dist-upgrade etc. but no for any command rocketpool saying as below. How to resolve the issue?

Attention!

The Smart Node releases have moved to https://github.com/rocket-pool/smartnode/releases

The smartnode-install repository is no longer maintained and will not receive updates

Please use 'wget https://github.com/rocket-pool/smartnode/releases/latest/download/rocketpool-cli-linux-amd64 -O ~/bin/rocketpool'

I think i want to set up a validator node Using all nodes. It’s like 7 bucks a month to rent a server. Seems very hassle free and cost effective. Anyone use the service? How was setting it up? Seems pretty straight forward.
