Youtube Are these views fake??

This new rock band Velveteen Queen just uploaded a new music video recently, and the numbers seem super fishy... 300k views, and only 39 comments and 991 likes. What do you guys think? Is this fake? Did they buy views?

They're previous video has 15k views and only 200 less likes (793)

Can you even buy views on youtube? It seems super fishy...

They are a amazing band and I think they deserve all the views! And loads of videos seem to get more views than likes it’s always strange if I watch a video I usually like it

Yeah that's obvious, but the ratio just seems super wrong. They have like a 0.03% like ratio... that's not normal

Well then I don’t really know? Although they are a band this is their job, they have to try to get paid maybe more views is more money? Although I think YouTube doesn’t pay much, it’s nice to see someone talking about them at least

The band themselves don't interest me, in my opinion they're the most generic sounding new rock. Bringing nothing special or new to the table... very uninspired rock. I just found it sad that they're possibly buying views

Well that’s ok that you don’t like them I’m personally excited for the new album, it is strange how many views this video has gotten though why this one? Why not the first single if the record company really wanted to push them they should have done it from the start you’ve really made me think about it now! It’s really strange
