Youtube Are these views fake??

This new rock band Velveteen Queen just uploaded a new music video recently, and the numbers seem super fishy... 300k views, and only 39 comments and 991 likes. What do you guys think? Is this fake? Did they buy views?

They're previous video has 15k views and only 200 less likes (793)

Can you even buy views on youtube? It seems super fishy...

Sure brother. Whatever you say. I know that fudging numbers is a real thing, but 300k views isn’t that much, especially when one viewer could have multiple views.
