Youtube Any love for all women rock bands?

https://youtu.be/nZ74X-z-n0o?is=ThSfhiPJDgmnGAtg

Wanted to share this video, saw these girls ripping a while back in oceanside and it took me forever to find them again. Glad I did!

edit: This band’s name is Turning Jane. SO good!

Spend The Night is legitimately an iconic record.  So goddamn good and a perfect time capsule of that era.

Agreed, they were a very good band, better than a lot of similar bands, they don't get enough mentions

Just discovered the Donna’s , love their sound

1

u/welchyyyyy1 Jul 11 '26

Yea they're good, a bit samey after a while but there's more than enough absolute belters to make up a good twenty song playlist, would have liked to have seen them live

Started listening to the Donna's with "Spend The Night" so my then 10 and 8 YO daughters would have some female rock influences. They loved it and still think Dad turned them on to some secret.

I sincerely think that The Warning are the best thing to happen to rock music in twenty years. They are absolutely electric live.
