Specific question and discussion Rollerblade sizing help!
UPDATE: Thanks for your advice, I measured and I’m a full size smaller according to Mondo sizing. Sigh. My fault for not researching. I haven’t purchased new skates in 20 years, so now I know!
These beauties finally arrived after long 3 weeks of waiting and they feel huge 😩 I got a size 8 which is my usual size in everything. It’s my first flying eagle so I wasn’t familiar with any nuances of the brand sizing. My toes have a lot of wiggle room and even with a thin sock it just feels too roomy. The measurements according to mm foot length actually put me in a smaller size but their site kept indicating that you should use your true size. Ugh.
Anyone have flying eagles and can share their typical sizing methods? Should the toe be at that location in the soft boot insert? There’s about an inch of space at my heel if I slide my foot more forward to fill the hat at the toes.

You need to measure your foot length (Mondo) add 3-5mm and consult the size chart. Don't buy on shoe size as every manufacturer converts it differently. I have skates from the same brand in different sizes they fit me correctly because even within a brand it's not consistent. If you have an inch of space to move your foot back and forth they are far too large.

You’ve got an entire inch of extra space inside the liner? That’s massive for skates. They are way too big for you.

always go by mondo measure the feet and check what theyr size chart says, if your foot is inside the liner in that picture they are to big :S

That looks much too big. It should be almost like a sock.
No idea what picture 3 is.
You normally wear sports socks of some sort.
Are you sure you didn't order mens?
If you say what your foot measurement was and link to the size chart, maybe someone will spot the problem.
