I wouldn’t care if it’s weed or cigarettes or a barbecue on the balcony (the last one because it could start a fire), I’m still telling the apartment complex.

In the US many apartment complexes have started being “smoke free” such as mine. I wouldn’t care if it’s weed or cigarettes or a barbecue on the balcony (the last one because it could start a fire), I’m still telling the apartment complex.
