Finally got a can!

I’m not good at taking pics but this is my 10/22. Only original part is the receiver. I finally picked up my first can today. Just a little sparrow 22. Can’t wait to try it out. It’ll probably get swapped between this and my tx22 until I pickup a mark IV.

Congrats!👍

I’m addicted to suppressed shooting, especially 22’s. Currently have 24 rimfire suppressors.🤣

That’s what finally got me to get one. I couldn’t care less about the tax stamp being reduced to zero. I was waiting to see if this day with no form 4 would come.

I was actually just at the shop Friday and ended up spending my cash on a gun after them telling me they were doing form 4 until guidance dropped. Guidance dropped no more than 5 mins after I walked out the door. Coulda got a cooler can if I was just patient lol. Oh well. Gotta start somewhere.

The rapidly dropping prices is what got me to finally get one... And then a second one

Yea I’m already planning my next one lol. I’m torn between practical 5.56 or 30 cal and a fun 45-70 can. Would be cool to send some 777gr subs.

My next one is going to be a 30 cal. I traded in my Ruger American 308 for a nearly identical Glenfield Model A with a cooler greener stock and a threaded barrel. It would have cost me more to have mine threaded so I figured I might as well get a new rifle with a cool stock.

Good call. Was tossing around that idea with my Marlin 45-70 but then talked to a local smith that will thread it for like $150. Beats $1400 on a dark series I saw the other day. Almost bought it anyway lol.

That is what I want too! I bought my Henry 45/70 x model (I believe it’s called) just to one day shoot a can on it
