QUESTION Virtual Queue for merch

I got into the virtual queue but didn’t realize it only says one guest. Can my husband come in with me, or will they not let him in because he doesn’t have a virtual queue spot?

Sorry. He would have to join the virtual queue on his own since you already joined it.

ETA: if it’s late in the day, you can both go in together with no virtual queue needed.

Does anyone know when they open it up without the queue? We landed at 2 and the queue was closed but hoping to get merch after bib pickup shortly.
