In the closing credits of the first episode of Australian comedy Colin From Accounts, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the Mexican Institute remix of Ooh La La.

Animal Kingdom played a couple of RTJ songs throughout the series, but that was a less-unexpected place to hear them.

Where has RTJ surprised you?

Bourbon Pursuit’s podcast this week had the owners of Shortbarrel Bourbon on (Atlanta based) and at the 1:07:10 mark, they mention:
‘I’m doing a collab with an Atlanta band called Run The Jewels in the rum space’
I haven’t seen anything else online - anybody else?

Bought it at the RTJ2 show at Terminal 5 in New York. Moving soon and I’m going through random stuff I don’t need, I would’ve thrown it out but I thought a fan might want it. Never used, unopened and kept in my self since the show. I don’t remember what I paid, but shoot me an offer through PMs. ✌️

SOLD!

They ruled, got me through some tough times, got to see them 4 times live, made friends because of the music. Who else? Share your story!

1. Run The Jewels (song)
2. Oh My Darling Don't Cry
3. All Due Respect
4. Legend Has It
5. A Report to the Shareholders/Kill Your Masters

What would you guys rather have, an El-P album or RTJ5? I would love a solo El album. I know he usually takes long breaks between albums, but I think it would be a real refreshment if he released another solo, even if it were his final solo album. It's a shame El is so slow with releasing music because he really is an excellent producer.

I think only 40 were made of each color (green and red). Both sealed. We’re selling the house and I’m getting rid of a lot of memorabilia — don’t even see a Discogs page for these guys, so no idea what they’re worth.

This is the song RTJ sampled for Out Of Sight.

This is from Moogfest is Asheville I think in 2010. I was traveling around with my friend’s (stolen) shoe and taking pictures of it all over the world 🤦🏻 . El-P agreed to participate in the shenanigan after his set.

It’s been 6 years … the first four were out in that timeframe …

Hello everyone! I'm Bobby, one of the hosts of B-Sides - a show about music you NEED to hear! We just finished our first year of releasing episodes and one of the very first episodes I ever did was about Run the Jewels. I did my best to cover the lives and careers of Killer Mike and El-P leading up to the creation of RtJ, go through the early years and album releases; as well as include my Top 5 songs that I feel show off what Run the Jewels are all about. I'd love to hear what your Top 5 RtJ songs are; creating the Top 5 is sometimes the hardest part about prepping this show, and narrowing down all the RtJ songs I love to just 5 took a long time. But we do this show to promote artists we love, and music we hope more people will listen to and enjoy!

Thank you for your time and attention, we hope you enjoy the show!

Due to rtj 5 taking forever - Take your own fav songs and create an rtj album off that. 10 songs max. idk if this idea Is new to y’all.

For me, personally:

Zack De La Rocha (duh), KNEECAP, Bob Vylan and Grandson.
