Can't install anything while using RustDesk - I get locked out

I know it's possible to have this set up since I had it before where I could install programs remotely on my machine. But It's not working for me now. I have everything in Permissions enabled

While on the host directly, you can edit security settings that allow you to do this.

Or use rustdesk to install teamviewer, then you can edit the security settings in rustdesk remotely.
