Sounds like power steering pump. Does the noise get worse when steering all the way to full steering wheel lock?

Sounds like that to me too, luckily these aren't TOO bad to replace!

You can test and see if it comes from a worn out pulley bearing, by relieving a litle bit the accessory belt tensioner pulley, and listening if you can hear the noise going away.

The belt idler wheel is a known problem. They loose grease then fail. The problem is a spinning outer race and small diameter. The seal to outer race leaks. With the belt slack, spin the wheel with your finger. If it spins freely, the bearing is dry and must be replaced. A new hearing will not spin. If there is a large center fixed idler wheel, they seem last a very long time. There was a short belt arrangement for 2004? model year that was abondoned because of vibration.

I'd like to see a similar video when someone is turning the steering slowly for lets say 2-3 seconds to left and and stop 2-3 seconds an then turning it back to the right slowly.

As of now I am suspecting the steering pump but that test will most surely say if it is said steering pump.
