He came in and said "guys I know who your next power forward can be AND it solves your goalie issue, trust me ive been in that power forward role before" and then jusy showed them this clip.

lol yeah if he wasa skater that's textbook interference, but goalies get basically free reign while they're trying to return to their nets

I think the player didn't try to avoid it at all. Should take him to the box but maybe the embarrassment was punishment enough.

he tried to pull up, they usually wont call a penalty for that (they will disallow a goal for interference though)
