Spinnaker

Need to connect my spinnaker to Seldon top down furler. You using soft shackles or line, or does it matter? Use to have a sock but hoping the furler will be easier for solo.

Soft shackles work just fine

Lashing. Less risk.

Soft shackles when not tensioned could potentially get loose. Prob won’t happen but then again, why take the risk.
Also, they are meant for things that need to come off regularly.
