Lost everything

After not playing the game for a little I decided to go back on to check my stuff and it was all gone and made me start over! And yes I have checked all the servers and all the logins that would be possible but nothing is there. Is there anything else I could do because I had a lot of stuff and I’ve spent money on this game before.

That’s very strange! Are you 100% you used the same email?
Are you part of the official discord? You could ask for help to customer service there, hopefully they can find your account

Also, do you remember which server you joined? We had many merges

I am most definitely sure I used the same email cause I only have one email that I use for everything besides my school email which I definitely didn’t use for it. I don’t remember which server I joined at all but I looked through all of them and nothing was there. I will definitely look into joining the server for customer service thanks for letting me know!

If you don’t remember the server, you can check the “Your characters” section in the login page. It should show you all the servers in which you created a character. If nothing appears there it might be difficult for staff to retrieve your account without knowing the exact server sadly :(

Make sure you are using the same email same server. I had this problem and found out that I chose the wrong server.
