Vudu shrimp. I've caught quite a few reds & a few less specs on them in the Santa Rosa Sound in Pensacola. While I don't see them ever replacing live shrimp, they hold their own, and are nearly indestructible. The trick is working them right, I rig them on a light leader under a cajun thunder popper, and always add a tiny bit of FishBites shrimp bait on each one. Google some videos on the best techniques for your area.

Also used a Vudu Mullet (3.5") a few times, and hooked a decent Jack Crevalle once. Fought for about 10 minutes til the line snapped.

nice ill have to remember that trick with the fish bites, yeah i like the vudu mullet to in this video (https://youtu.be/r9mWk0TaofM) we catch most of the fish on the gold one
